right this guy made me jump when he darted out from behind a tin in the shed - i decided i ought to at least move him as my mom is terrified of the things - lol so i caught him and moved him away from the shed spider wise i will say this one was quite big not sure how big cause he didn't stay still enough for me to get many shots ( they never do! but that lil snail beside him is about 5mm across.. so yeah for a garden spider its a big one.
Looks like a Wolf Spider to me...as long as he keeps his distance he is ok...
