I think it is a innovation in mapping.

Have you seen the Softology fractal product? ...
Visions of Chaos?

It is I think, for 3D type views .. like Incindia?

You should save the preset and name it "Trackways" or something.

If the fractal is a mapping of space in a certain mathematical domain, and there are forces there, then the fractal is a navigational map of a kind. This pattern seems to give the best indication of that ... than any other params I have seen!!

at the time i made this if i did know how to do that i would , this is an older piece that i just about knew how to render - i was having a tidy out of my old files ans thought it might be useful so put it here as a stock texture as it were - but its certainly been a result i've been unable to replicate since

i think  sums it up in one neat little icon lol

eventually i might figure it out again but i don't mind the texture is here if i need it any and i generate my best work from starting points that are sheer chance anyways
